From the beginning, we’ve believed EverRaise shouldn’t become another disconnected system your team has to manage.

It should help your team reach more people, follow up more consistently, and get more from the systems you already use.

And we’re starting to see that happen.

Real campaigns. Real results.

In a recent university engagement campaign, EverRaise reached 868 people in less than five hours.

The campaign generated:

  • 163 live answers

  • 116 link clicks

  • 18% live answer rate

  • 15% SMS click-through rate

  • 20+ hours of staff time saved

We’re seeing similar results with nonprofits.

Jason Quintrell, CEO of Union Mission, put it well:

“EverRaise helped us extend that engagement while keeping the experience personal and respectful.”

That’s the kind of outcome we’re building toward.

Give teams more capacity to engage people without losing the personal side of the relationship.

A lot of what we shipped in August was designed to help us do that even better.

Connect EverRaise with the tools you already use

One of our biggest August releases was integrations.

The EverRaise Zapier app is now live, connecting EverRaise with thousands of tools organizations already use.

Instead of creating another place where information gets stuck, EverRaise can become part of your existing workflow.

That could mean connecting EverRaise with your CRM, forms, fundraising tools, spreadsheets, email platforms, or other systems your team depends on.

We also released our public API documentation for organizations that want to build deeper integrations.

The goal is simple: EverRaise should help extend what your existing systems can do, not force your team to build an entirely new workflow around us.

Duplicate an entire campaign

Have a campaign that worked?

You can now copy the entire campaign, including its workflow, instead of rebuilding everything step by step.

That makes it easier to take something that worked and use it again.

A nonprofit could reuse a successful donor reactivation campaign. A university could adapt an alumni campaign for another chapter. An association could repeat an event or renewal campaign for a different group of members.

Start with what worked. Make the changes you need. Launch again.

More control over when outreach happens

Different channels shouldn’t always operate on the same schedule.

Calls, texts, and emails can now have their own send windows inside the same EverRaise campaign.

You can also set different calling hours for each day of the week.

Before the campaign launches, you can review the complete schedule in one place so you know exactly what is going out and when.

It gives your team more control without making the campaign harder to build.

See the complete contact journey

Good follow-up starts with knowing what has already happened.

You can now open a contact in EverRaise and see their calls, texts, and emails together in one timeline.

That makes it easier to answer simple but important questions:

Has this person already received a call? Did they get the follow-up text? Have we emailed them? What happened next?

Your team gets more context before deciding how and when to follow up again.

More improvements behind the scenes

We shipped quite a bit more throughout August.

That included improvements to:

  • AI voice quality

  • Voicemail detection

  • Contact validation

  • Campaign reporting

  • Message-level tracking

  • Campaign progress visibility

  • Calling and sending schedules

Some of these changes are easy to see. Others happen quietly in the background.

But they all support the same goal:

Help your team build better campaigns, reach more people, and follow up more consistently without adding more manual work.

Relationship-driven organizations rarely have a shortage of people they want to engage.

The challenge is having enough capacity to actually do it.

That’s what we’re building EverRaise to help solve.
